4 WEEK WHEEL THROWING CRASH COURSES

Welcome to our 4 Week Throwing Crash Courses hosted at 125 S. Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510. Classes meet once a week during designated times and offer an alternative 5th make up "flex day" if needed. Great for those with busy schedules! Beginner AND Intermediate friendly. We will scale up the difficulty based on your skill level. These courses are a total of 12 hours (4 sessions 3hrs each). The course consists of 2 days creating, 1 day trimming, and 1 day glazing your pottery. Learn the basics of throwing pottery from start to finish in a relaxed small group setting!

If you are going to miss a class, a make up 'flex' day can be arranged at request. If you are going to miss one of the first 2 weeks, contact Megan asap vie email prior to your workshop to arrange a make up throwing workshop date. dirtyclayco@gmail.com

*Once you finish your pieces, they will be fired in our off-site kiln. Pickup will be coordinated when they are ready! There are 8 spots available in each session - the course will run with a min of 3 registrations per course. The course will be canceled if a 3rd registrant is not signed up within a week of the first date. You will be refunded in full if the course is canceled. Firing for 6 pieces is included in registration cost. Glaze and Firing for additional pieces is $8/piece.
