Refund policy

Returns and refunds available for purchases made in store at 114 E Wilson St. Batavia, IL 60510 only. Refunds are accepted up to 30 days from purchase with receipt and must be returned in store. Returned product must be in original condition with no damage or signs of use. Even exchanges are appreciated in lieu of refunds. For online purchases, there is no returns or refunds. If you have concerns with your product, please contact Megan at dirtyclayco@gmail.com with pictures of your product and a detailed description of your concern and we will do our best to accommodate.
