August 4 Week Throwing Crash Course - Thursdays 5:30-8:30p

4 Week Throwing Crash Course hosted on Thursdays from 5:30-8:30pm with alternative 5th flex day if needed. Great for those with busy schedules! Beginner AND Intermediate friendly. We can scale up difficulty to your skill level. This course is a total of 12 hours (4 sessions 3hrs each). The course will follow the sequence below consisting of 2 days creating, 1 day trimming, and 1 day glazing your pottery. Learn the basics of throwing pottery from start to finish in a relaxed small group setting!

8/13 Week 1 - The basics of throwing

8/20 Week 2 - Throwing continued

8/27 Week 3 - Trimming/Handles

9/3 Week 4 - Glazing/Glaze Firing

Make up 'flex' day for anyone who could not attend one of the weeks above available at request

*Once you finish your pieces, they will be fired in our off-site kiln. Pickup will be coordinated when they are ready! There are 8 spots available - the course will run with a min of 4 registrations. The course will be canceled if a 4th registrant is not signed up within a week of the first date. You will be refunded in full if the course is canceled. Firing for 6 pieces is included in registration cost. Glaze and Firing for additional pieces is $8/piece.
